How long will my order take?All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of ordering. Once shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 2-7 business days and express delivery 1-2 business days.

How much does shipping cost?Standard shipping with Australia Post for all orders is $10 or you can select express post for an additional $5.

Can you post orders internationally?No. But we are working on it. We currently only ship within Australia. (If wanting to ship to NZ please email us)

Can I have my order shipped directly to a friend or family member?Yes absolutely, you can enter their address when you place your order and add a note so they will know who the amazing gift is from.

How do I track my order?As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to the Australia Post website. You will be able to refresh the Aus Post website every 5 seconds until your order arrives!

My order has been lost/hasn’t been delivered!If you think your order may be lost in transit please let us know. Our shipping timeframes are estimates and sometimes delays can happen. When a delay has occurred, you may see on the Australia Post website an update to advise of a delay. If your order still hasn't been delivered within 30 days please contact us at hello@scriptedcubs.com and we can submit an enquiry or provide you with a replacement.

What payment types do you offer?We accept payment via credit card and Paypal. If you need a little longer to pay off your order (waiting til payday), we also offer Afterpay for Australian customers.

How do I wash my denim jacket/overalls/hat?We all love them new thread feels, but if for whatever reason your scripted cubs item does get dirty, we recommend to hand wash them separately in cold water and hung out to dry to keep them just as new.

Why are some of the jackets a slightly shade darker or lighter?Due to the manufacturing and washing process of our denim jackets, they may differ in colour very slightly.

Can I see a preview of my order?Before you confirm your order, you will see an order summary showing your choice of name, font, colour and size. Please make sure all information is correct before you place your order as we cannot make changes once the order has been placed.

Where are your products made?All our products are designed in Australia and manufactured in China. All embroidery is done at our HQ in Sydney, Australia.

I made a mistake, can I change my order?All orders are custom made individually. For this reason, once your order is placed, we cannot change the order. We do not accept returns for change of mind, spelling mistakes or incorrect size or colour choices.

I am not happy with my order, can I return it?All our customised denim jackets and denim overalls are made to order. We quality control every single order that leaves our HQ however, if there is a genuine fault with your order, we will happily remake it for you. All you need to do is send us some photos at hello@scriptedcubs and we will assess the issue. Please ensure you contact us within 7 days of your order arriving.

Do you offer pickup?At this stage we are not offering a pickup service, however if you require your order urgently and cannot wait for transit times, please contact us on hello@scriptedcubs.com and we can arrange something for you.
